The material at centre-stage of this installation is mirror polished Antique Brown Granite. The marble floor is made of 3.1×3.1 cm dowels grid-mounted on 30×50 cm modules. The inventive circular laying pattern is evident, so as to match the centre of every circle with the position of each column. The mosaic flooring has been placed in the basement lounge of a well renowned luxury hotel in Spain. The complexity of the layout has captured general attention, adding value to the choice of a monochromatic solution.
